About The Kennedy House

Gracing the North Bay Village skyline since 1965, the Kennedy House was the city's first luxury high-rise to be constructed. Originally built as a rental building, in 1973 the Kennedy House was converted into condominiums and has retained its well known status to this day.

Known for its stunning views of both north and south Biscayne bay, from any balcony the residence can see water views with backdrops ranging from Downtown Miami, Miami Beach , Bay Harbor Islands and even the Atlantic Ocean .
